Adrienne Fildes

Adrienne Fildes has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry in the US and Australia.  She trained and competed under the tutelage of the Australian Olympic Coach for Dressage.  She has a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Her expertise is in weight loss and toning as well as strength and endurance training.  Not only does she specialize in populations with acute and chronic health issues, she is also well versed in training pro athletes.  Adrienne welcomes adult clients of all age groups.

Joseph C. Del Real

Native to Los Angeles, Coach Joseph C. Del Real holds a B.A. from UCLA in Linguistics and has over 23 years experience in martial arts and fitness. He is Certified from the World Muay Thai Council, a Black Belt from the World Tae Kwon Do Federation, and is a licensed Professional Corner man for the states of California and Nevada for Boxing, Kickboxing, and MMA.

Candie Sripipatana

Candie started her fitness journey after deciding that sitting behind a desk and being sedentary wasn’t her ideal way of life. She grew up with a background in Muay Thai and and is an avid runner. Not only does she compete in distance runs, she truly enjoys trail runs, and obstacle course races. It’s the community and friendship cultivation that draws her to these events, more so than the competition itself. Candie is certified through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers.

Kathy Long

Kathy Long is a five time world kickboxing champion.  She holds a black belt in Akido and is a Kung Fu San Soo Master.  Her expertise is self-defense and defensive tactics.

Lisa Zeigel

Lisa Zeigel has been working in several aspects of the Health and Fitness Industry since 1991.  She is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified (ACSM) Health Fitness Specialist and received her degree in Physical Education from Cal State Dominguez Hills.  Lisa has worked with diverse populations in her experience as a personal trainer in commercial health clubs, private studios, the YMCA, and in corporate fitness. In addition to training and group fitness instruction, she teaches about a wide range of fitness and wellness topics, including teaching the class “Exercise Prescription, Program Design and Coaching Techniques” at UCLA Extension.

Currently, Lisa works full-time as a Program Manager for Health Fitness Corporation at the J. Paul Getty Museum Fitness Center, and is also available to train private clients at Trifecta Fit Sport.  For recreation, Lisa is a competitive stair climber and was ranked #29 in the world and #8 in the U.S. of contending female tower runners in 2011.

Ralph Carmona

Rene Arredondo

Rene Arredondo has over 30 years personal training experience with a special emphasis on boxing instruction and technique.  He is a former two-time WBC Champion and Hall of Fame Inductee.  His professional boxing experience has led him to win the following titles:

  • 1986 WBC Welterweight Title over Lonnie Smith
  • 1987 WBC Light Welterweight Title over Tsuyoshi Hamada
  • 1995 WBO NABO Light Middleweight Title over Venustiano Paredes

Sandra Bandula

I have been an active gym student in pilates...spinning...kickboxing...sculpt the past 25yrs. In 2008 I went a step further, becoming a certified instructor, and absolutely love it!! It is very gratifying to help people strengthen both their body and mind through fitness.

Freangel Pacheco

As a certified personal trainer, I focus on fat loss, strength, endurance, and muscle gain. My workouts tend to be very challenging, but quite fun!
